Fire departments in Knox County are actively seeking local volunteer firefighters willing to serve in protecting the lives and property of our communities. Able and competent people of all ages, male and female, are encouraged to apply for membership.
Volunteers with special skills are also needed to perform additional functions such as: administrative work, emergency planning, fundraising, recruitment and retention, and coordinating community service events.
